Keep contracts clean. Freight mistakes turn into lost time, denied contracts, or worse.
Do not put containers inside courier contracts unless leadership specifically approves it. Keep the contract inspectable and simple.
Split larger shipments across multiple contracts. Full-load math is based around 350,000 m³.
Set expiration to one week and days to complete to seven days unless you have a confirmed rush agreement.
Collateral should cover the full value of the cargo. If you undercollateralize, that is on you.
This starts as an internal/blue logistics tool. If you are not known, auth up and talk to leadership first.
If a route is not listed, do not improvise. Ask for a quote so the risk and jump plan can be checked.
Calculator pricing uses route rate × volume, with a minimum reward and a collateral-based floor. High-risk routes can be priced higher if the route involves sketchy highsec, lowsec exposure, hostile traffic, or timing pressure.
Use the calculator, copy the route details, then verify recipient and timing in Discord if this is your first time using NHBF. Do not contract blind to a lookalike name.
